This matter has taken to prison life times
for forty years the US Army has acted
with the assistance of the NARA and VA
to cover-up these injuries and and
I used the term systemic
because the pattern of actions by VA
show the VA deliberate suppress
alter and destroy records and even
during this court action show a total
disregard for my health and medical condition

Well mah that would appear to be the case
however, the law ain’t all it is cranked
up to be and then there are so many
rules that when the law is broken
related to a veteran’s rights
often a game is played to
deny those rights which
should exist under the basic
constitutional laws.
the very laws he risk his life to protect
fail to protect him.
