VA HARRASSMENT AND PRETEXT

 

The VA notice of death was sent to my family and my disability compensation was discontinued from March 1, 2001 through July 26, 2001. I provided an affidavit to VA as proof that I was alive on or about April 7, 2001.

VA did not restore my benefits although I was rated 60% disabled for service connected congested heart  failure and 10% disabled for lower back strain.  The hernia/hydrocele rose from injury I received while in US Army.
